We are pleased to invite interested parties to submit a tender for the provision of accountancy services for We Are Weymouth Ltd. The purpose of this tender is to select a qualified and experienced accountancy firm to conduct a comprehensive assessment of our annual financial statements commencing with the year-ended March 31, 2026
Scope of Work:
- Conduct a thorough review of our financial statements in accordance with ISRE 2400 (revised)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our internal controls and provide
recommendations for improvement. - Prepare the statutory accounts and present a report to our Board of Directors.
- Provide ongoing support and advice on financial reporting and compliance matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The firm must be registered and in good standing with the relevant professional accounting body.
- Demonstrated experience in assessing NFP/CIC organizations of similar size and
complexity (ideally a BID). - Strong track record of delivering high-quality accountancy services.
- Availability of qualified and experienced personnel.
Submission Requirements:
- A cover letter expressing interest in the tender.
- A detailed proposal outlining the firm’s approach to the tender, including
methodology, timeline, and deliverables. - Information on the firm’s qualifications, experience, and references.
- A breakdown of the proposed fees and any additional costs.
Deadline for Submission: All tenders must be submitted by March 31, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
