We Are Weymouth, the town’s Business Improvement District (BID), is thrilled to announce the next instalment of its nostalgic #WeyBackWhen campaign – the 60s & 70s Era Weekend. Set to take place from Friday 2nd May to Sunday 4th May 2025, this vibrant event invites locals and visitors alike to relive the iconic decades that transformed music, fashion, and culture.
Experience the Swinging Sixties and Sensational Seventies
The 60s & 70s Era Weekend promises a packed schedule of events and activities that capture the spirit of these transformative decades, from the Sensational Sixties Experience at Weymouth Pavilion to jiving to the music at Phil’s Vinyl Vault it’s a great opportunity to step back in time. Of course, a huge part of what made the 60s and 70s special was the fashion so why not hit Rude Not To for vintage clothes, or pop into Weymouth Fancy Dress for some fun hippy-inspired fancy dress!
