We Are Weymouth part-funds the Community Safety Officers around the town.

The Community Safety Officers are employed by Dorset Council, amd are part of the Community Safety Accrediation Scheme, which provides officers with some powers to deal with anti-social behaviour, such as street-drinking and cycling on the promenade.

The team work in close partnership with other agencies and as well as conducting daily patrols, also work to tackle the root casue of issues within the town.
