This July, the Weymouth Grand Slam returns for its 42nd edition, continuing its legacy as the UK’s oldest and biggest beach volleyball tournament. From 25–27 July, the UK’s best beach volleyball players and international talents will compete on Weymouth’s stunning beach, and best of all the whole event is completely free to attend!
Just 100 metres from the Weymouth Pavilion, the tournament will feature a 200-seat Centre Court grandstand, court side bar, and non-stop beach volleyball action across the whole weekend. Expect some big hits, incredible rallies, and an electric atmosphere for both players and spectators alike.

The Grand Slam weekend officially begins with qualification rounds on Friday, followed by main draw pool play on Saturday, and concludes with Sunday’s knockout rounds and finals, where the champions will be crowned following the finals in the late afternoon. The event will be preceded on Thursday 24 July by the Corporate Charity Beach Volleyball Championships, a Weymouth community focused event involving many local businesses.
